Refund policy

Every course purchase can be refunded in full within 7 days of payment, provided you've consumed less than 20% of the course. No forms, no questions — request it from the contact page with your order reference.

After 7 days, after 20% of the course is consumed, for downloadable resources once downloaded, and for live cohort seats within 48 hours of the start time.

Memberships can be cancelled anytime and simply don't renew — access continues to the end of the paid period. Already-billed periods aren't refunded.

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval, depending on your bank.
